Hey There!
Frame Portraits is an international photographic studio based in Auckland, New Zealand. Founded in the Mexican Caribbean, we have photographed worldwide from England to America. With over 10 years experience photographing around the world, we know that everyone is unique and we love to create everlasting memories for you!
Emily
She/Her
Hello! I am the owner and photographer of Frame Portraits. I was born and raised in England, where I completed a BA(Hons) Photography degree at Falmouth University. My hunger for travel and my passion for photography led me around the world photographing portraits and weddings. From the Caribbean to Alaska and now I am happy to call New Zealand my home since 2016. My speciality is portraits - humans and pets! I bring creativity and fun with a touch of patience. I am a big animal lover so I love it when you bring your pets to your session!

My other passion apart from photography is art. I love painting and drawing! Of course being an animal and travel lover my main subjects are animals and landscapes.

Having lived in Mexico and being married to a Mexican means whilst I am not good at speaking Spanish I can understand it, so if you're a Spanish speaker feel free to speak to me in Spanish on our session!

Has a strict work-life balance policy: 20 hours of naps, 3 hours of snacking, and the rest supervising Emily.

Frequently walks across the keyboard mid-edit to “improve” the composition.
We have been characterised by our variety and freshness, most people are nervous during their photo session/wedding so we are here to make you feel at ease to capture emotions, not just pictures. Our speciality is portraits; families, weddings and pet photography. We love dedicating our life to telling love stories!
In 2016 we moved everything to New Zealand, settling in Auckland where we continue to capture the magic of this country through our lenses. We are based on Auckland's North Shore but happy to travel for your photography session. We love exploring so always welcome destination enquiries.
